A little clarity before you begin

Your questions, answered.

What is peer support?

Peer support is non-clinical, recovery-oriented support informed by lived experience. Our sessions follow a purposeful structure: identify priorities, work toward personally chosen goals, practice practical skills, and review next steps and progress. Your choices guide the process. Peer support does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, or emergency care.

How do I schedule a session?

Call (910) 336-4362 or email harmoncaregroup@gmail.com to discuss your needs, ask about availability, and arrange your first session. Session details and service terms are reviewed before you begin.

Do you accept insurance?

Services are private-pay during Phase 1. Contact us to discuss service options and session details before booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. A fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies. Applicable terms are reviewed before services begin.

Can my organization request a customized workshop?

Yes. Contact us to discuss your audience, educational goals, topic, and preferred format. The scope, fees, and delivery arrangements are confirmed in a written agreement.
